All you have to do is to get - Workout Without Weights :-)

Everyone from elite military units and professional athletes to novice exercisers and stay-at-home moms have used bodyweight calisthenics over the centuries to produce strong, lean, athletic bodies, writes the author Eddie Lomax. No other physical training method can boast such long-standing, proven effectiveness. And without expensive equipment or costly gym memberships!

And the greatest part... you can exercise anywhere, anytime and at any fitness level!

This 289 page book is not just a bunch of exercises and workouts, says Eddie.
- It is a step-by step plan allowing you to take your fitness, physique and fat loss to new levels, sistematically... often exceeding your expectations! This is not a generic program that works for a while and then becomes useless... It is a progressive program that changes as your needs and wants change!

- Through guided practice, you discover what works best for you. Your training time becomes more effective and allows you to reach your strength, conditioning and physique goals in the shortest time possible. And by taking an active role in designing a unique program to meet your goals, needs, abilities and limits... you can stop struggling through workout programs you hate!

This book might be a good source of inspiration during both the pre-season and the regular season. Some are workouts are just "fat-burning" while others might be very useful for building up the physics of your players.

You get instant access to this program right after you've purchased it. It's downloaded to your computer. It also come with a full money back guarantee!

Good fitness training to a cheap price. But I think it's more focused on bodybuilders. I have used some workouts with my team last season.
